Rhonda Tapparo she was a member of the Class of 81, however, did not graduate with us as her family moved to Pueblo before her senior year.
She died in a car accident on April 7, 1985.
I lived next door to Rhonda Tapparo on Olympic Dr. in Pikes Peak Park. Oddly, enough, Mory Rodriquez lived next door to me, as well. Mory, Rhonda and I were the same age. Rhonda and I played together all the time. We went to school together from 2nd grade to our high school graduation. We had so much fun during the summer. Every day was a fun new day with Rhonda. She taught me to play a song on the piano and I can still play that song to this day. It is called "The Swan Song". She was very musically talented as she played the piano and trumpet. I miss her and I have wonderful memories with Rhonda.
