Don't know if we can make it to this reunion or not -- plans have been made and may or may not be adjustable -- we'll see.
Spent four years in the army (in the steamy jungles of western Germany during the fracas in Nam); finally got my degree (in Math) from UCCS in '72; cleaned carpets, managed a clothing store (Eakers -- remember them?); had an insurance agency for 8 years, worked for another agent for another five, and wound up as an adjuster in Oklahome, where I retired. Got tired of sitting around, so have been driving a school bus for entertainment for the past three years or so.
Met my wife in Germany while stationed at Rothwesten with the ASA; took a European discharge and loafed, toured and drank beer for 7 or 8 months.
We were never blessed with spawned children, so adopted four (in two sets of two) from Korea. That was a story in itself but will spare the details. Have five surviving spawned grandchildren and 6 through a variety of attachments.
