Don Gomez was a 1969 grad. He passed on May 19, 2009. Don was living in San Diego.  He will be missed.  He was born in Rock Springs, Wyoming on December 14, 1951. Don was preceded in death by his father, Phillip Fred in 1994 and a sister, Valarie Jean in 1951. Don is survived by his wife, Pam Zabor-Gomez and his two sons, Donicio and Michael, his three grandchildren, Courtney, Noah, and Alexandria. He is also survived by his mother Josephine Baca, a brother Tom, (wife, Becky) and a sister Peggy (husband, Michael) along with three nieces, Valarie, Jovena and Jessica. He was a 1969 graduate from Harrison High. Don retired from Qwest after 30 years of service. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, enjoyed golf, and was a fan of the Denver Broncos as well as the San Diego Chargers. He was his wife's "walking angel on earth." He was his mother's "pride and joy." He was his brother's "best friend". He was his sister's "hero". Don's zest for life and moxie personality will never be forgotten.
